The popular and beloved Indianapolis traditions of St. Patrick’s Day return to downtown with a Parade, Block Party, Shamrock Walk/Run, and the Greening of the Canal!The 43rd Annual Indy St. Patrick’s Day Parade is presented by the Hoosier Lottery and will take place on Friday, March 14th at 11:30 am. St. Patrick’s Day Tent Party. The St. Patrick’s Day festivities begin at 10.00 am on Friday, March 14th with a tent party on North Street, between Meridian and Pennsylvania streets. The event is free and open to the public and the area will be blocked off from vehicle traffic. Entertainment will be provided by the Highland Reign and A St. Patrick's Day Parade: A nighttime parade featuring a pre-parade corned beef and cabbage dinner hosted by the local firehouse, followed by a street celebration. St. Patrick's Day at the Rathskeller: A Bavarian venue that adopts Irish traditions, swapping German favorites for Irish specialties like corned beef and Guinness. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a Shamrock-themed Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Fun Run! The 5K, 10K and Leprechaun dash will be on Saturday, March 15 2025. The Half Marathon will be on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
